Elevate360 and Raymond Lopez provide mindset, personal development, and goal-setting coaching services intended for personal growth and clarity. These services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advising, or any licensed professional guidance. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

Each individual’s growth and success are based on their own effort, commitment, and follow-through. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching sessions or use of the Elevate360 goal-setting system.

Your transformation is a result of your participation and dedication.

Clients are responsible for showing up prepared, on time, and willing to engage in the process. Elevate360 does not take responsibility for lack of results due to missed sessions, incomplete exercises, or lack of implementation.

The Elevate360 11-Step Goal-Setting System and all coaching materials are protected intellectual property. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your written consent, unless required by law. Your privacy and trust are a priority in every session with Elevate360.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All coaching services, programs, and digital resources offered by Elevate360 are non-refundable. Due to the nature of coaching, where value is delivered through time, presence, and access, results depend on your personal effort and cannot be guaranteed. By enrolling, you acknowledge this and commit to the process. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction due to unimplemented advice.
